This time of year, we each experience different holiday joys and challenges. What is your hope for this Thanksgiving? What would you like to experience more of? Is there someone you could share your ideas with about this?
One thing that's really important to me, and especially on holidays, is to get outside. My dogs provide ample opportunity for that! Breathing in fresh air allows newness to flow in and helps me become more aware of opportunities, get a different perspective or attitude, and soften my shoulder muscles. I suppose it clears things up a bit that may need to shift around and be released. Our bodies tell the truth, that's for sure. If we allow ourselves a moment to ask ourselves what we REALLY want to experience for this holiday, what might be different?
